Comprehensive Protection and Connectivity in One System

GN8 combines security functions with modern communication technologies. The dual CAN BUS and LIN interfaces enable communication with the vehicle's electronics and support functions such as central locking, comfort functions, engine status detection, and immobilization.

The integrated GSM communicator enables communication via SMS, voice calls, and mobile data. The system can notify the user about events while also enabling remote vehicle control.

The GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO provides vehicle positioning and enables tracking of its current location and routes. In the event of GPS signal loss, LBS positioning via the mobile network is also available.

Vehicle Control via Mobile App

GN8 allows the vehicle to be controlled and monitored through Teltonika One. Users can remotely activate or deactivate the security system, monitor the vehicle's status and location, and access other supported functions.

The app allows, for example:

• remote engine immobilization and disarming
• Panic function with silent or audible alert
• displaying GPS location and travelled routes

Advanced Anti-Theft Protection

GN8 provides multi-layered vehicle protection. Integrated shock and tilt sensors can respond to attempted break-ins, lifting, towing, or vehicle manipulation.

The system also supports perimeter protection of the doors, hood, and trunk, as well as ignition and engine start detection.

To enhance protection against communication interference, GN8 features 2.4 GHz communication jamming detection. GSM Anti-Jamming protection can be expanded using the optional D-JAM2 sensor.

Interior Protection

Ultrasonic interior sensors monitor movement inside the vehicle. Combined with the integrated shock and tilt sensors, they provide an additional level of protection.

Remote Control and Monitoring

In addition to the OEM remote control, GN8 can also be operated via GSM communication and the mobile app. The system supports SMS commands, voice control, and mobile data.

The integrated voice menu enables system status checking, remote control, and configuration of selected functions.

Configuration and Updates

System configuration is performed via the Micro-USB interface. GN8 allows security profiles to be created and adjusted according to the specific vehicle and installation requirements.

Thanks to its wide compatibility with various vehicle models, the system can be adapted to the specific vehicle configuration and use functions available through CAN BUS and LIN communication.
