The parking assistant is equipped with four ultrasonic sensors that are installed in the rear bumper. Using sensors, the control unit evaluates the distance from the obstacle. The sensors are installed so that only their outer rim protrudes. BENE 404 signals an obstacle acoustically - by beeping the buzzer in the vehicle cabin. Approaching the obstacle, the acoustic signal becomes more intense.
The set includes a precise milling drill for drilling the necessary holes in the plastic bumper.
