The revolutionary automatic gas fire extinguisher serves to protect closed spaces like engine compartment or passenger cabin of passanger cars, trucks, buses and custom racing cars, etc. There is up to 500 g of extinguisher stored in this small hose at normal temperature, thanks to the 5 bar pressure. Upon heating the environment with flame, the pressure at 100 °C increases to 15 bar. The triggering of the system itself is activated by a temperature above 120 °C, when the softened polyamide wall bursts at the site of the highest thermal stress and releases the gas into the space. It effectively extinguishes the fire in the first stages of burning and will not damage any electrical components during extinguishing, even if electric parts just in operation.
